What counts as a device?
Each Windows PC with the system agent installed. A server counts as two devices. Monitoring printers, network devices, NAS, ESXi and websites is free and unlimited.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 30 devices. With 10 devices, for example, you pay for 30: 1,800 SAR per year for Essentials, 3,600 for Professional, or 6,000 for Professional + Backup, excluding VAT and setup.
Can I add devices during the year?
Yes. Added devices are charged proportionally for the remaining subscription period.
Can I upgrade my plan?
At any time. You pay only the difference for the remaining period.
What happens if I don’t renew?
The system stops receiving reports. All your data stays on your server and can be exported at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT.

Does monitoring data leave our network?+
The documented monitoring architecture runs on your local network without a cloud service. The server is not exposed to the public internet.
What do the agents install?+
Two PowerShell scripts and their scheduled tasks on each Windows PC. No additional agent software is required.
Does it support Windows PCs?+
The supplied PC agents use Windows PowerShell. Other device types are monitored agentlessly. Confirm supported Windows versions during the demo.
Is there a licence for each device?+
Annual subscriptions are based on Windows PCs, with each server counting as two devices and a 30-device minimum. Printers, network devices, NAS, ESXi and websites are monitored free of charge. See the pricing section for full details.
Do we need internet access?+
The core server, dashboard and agents communicate on the LAN. Monitoring external websites and sending email require access to those configured destinations.
How are agent updates delivered?+
Update the master copies on the server once. Each PC picks up the updated scripts on its next run.
How is AI auto-fix controlled?+
The platform includes administrator approve/deny controls, protected actions and a full audit trail for the auto-fix workflow.
Can we monitor devices without an agent?+
Yes: printers, network devices, NAS storage, VMware ESXi, websites and environment sensors are included in the documented coverage.
Can we export reports or back up data?+
Yes. Export Excel/PDF reports, schedule daily email reports, back up files to NAS, and create or restore full disk images.
